	Picture of Robert D. McMillen	Chief of Police Robert D. McMillen currently serves as Chief of Police for the Department.  Chief McMillen was hired by the city as a Patrolman in 1990, and was promoted to Chief in 1992.  He has served in that capacity since his initial appointment.  The Chief of Police is appointed annually by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council.  At this point, Chief McMillen is the longest serving Chief of Police in White Hall Police Department history.  Chief McMillen is a life long resident of White Hall, and he and his wife Mona are the parents of a son Brennan.
